You must be a current HCC student, faculty, or staff member with a current patron record and library barcode in order to use the library databases and other online services. Use this form to request your barcode or to activate the barcode on the back of your HCC student ID card.

If you have an HCCS student ID, please give us the barcode number in the last box on this form. The barcode number may be found on the back of your HCCS student ID.

Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your library barcode number via email. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please contact Angela Secrest at 713-718-7592 or angela.secrest@hccs.edu

All patron records expire on the last day of the semester.
