If you would like to register to vote in Harris County, pick up an application with prepaid postage at these HCC Library locations: Acres Homes ERC | Central LibraryCodwell (NE) Library | Eastside LibraryNorth Forest DAC | Northline Library | South DAC. They are available in English, Spanish (Español), Chinese (中国人), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt).

Star icon Texans, the last day to register to vote to participate in the 2025 Harris County Joint Election is Thursday April 3, 2025. [Source] This means that your voter registration application should be mailed AND postmarked no later than that date at 5:00PM Central Time or, if you prefer, you can submit it in person at your county voter registrar no later than that date before their office's close of business (C.O.B.), which may vary by office location.
