The United States Code is the codification by subject matter of the general and permanent laws of the United States. Two ways to search using the US House of Representatives Office of Law Revision Counsel: uscode.house.gov or GovInfo collection of the US Code.
Constitution Annotated
The Constitution Annotated provides a comprehensive overview of how the Constitution has been interpreted over time in the courts.
Congress.gov
Congress.gov offers databases to current and past legislation, congressional records from hearings and committees, as well as current and past congressional members.
