Use this form to submit interactions with patrons. Describe the interaction using the options within the form. For Reference interactions, be sure to select the Reference checkbox. Click the ? next to a field for more details. If you need to submit multiple, similar entries, click "Submit." If you need to go back to the default interaction, refresh the page (F5 or CTRL-R).

If your gate already provides you with the number of visitors, use that for daytime (8am) and evening (5pm) submissions, respectively.

For everyone else:

• Daytime (8am): Evening Gatecount - Morning Gatecount, then divide by 2. Enter the calculation for the 8am entry on that date.
• Evening (5pm): Morning Gatecount - Prior Evening Gatecount, then divide by 2. Enter the calculation for the 5pm entry on that date.
• Saturday / Sunday (3pm): Morning Gatecount - Prior Morning Gatecount, then divide by 2. Enter the calculation for the 3pm entry on that date.

Remember: Submissions are summary totals for prior day(s), not today. Daytime totals go in the 8am slot; Evening totals go in the 5pm slot; Saturday totals go in the 3pm slot.

Room & Studio Usage

Use this form to report the number of One Button Studio uses, Podcast Studio uses, Study Room uses, Classroom Use (except for library instruction), and Conference Room Use. Only submit this form if there were rooms or studios used by students on the submission date.

Instruction & Programming Data

Go to Library Instruction & Programming Submission Form

Use this form to report the format of library instruction, the librarians who taught the course, the databases and resources used, the assessment instrument used, as well as the associated course instructor, college, campus, course prefix, course number, and course reference number of the library instruction using this form. Only submit this form if there were webinars, instruction sessions, or programs offered on the submission date.
