CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION

Professors can schedule a librarian for classroom instruction. We will show students how to locate the resources needed for their assignments, evaluate the information they find, correctly cite the information they use, and even help plan their projects.

3D PRINTING

Three dimensional (3D) printing is an innovative technology that helps students create a prototype from a digital model.  HCC Libraries offer 3D printing in 10 different library locations, including Spring Branch. For more information or to book an appointment, visit our 3D Printing Page

COMPUTER CLASSROOMS

Computer classrooms are available for HCC faculty incorporating technology into learning experiences. These rooms must be reserved in advance. Students are welcome to use the computer classrooms while they are not being used for instruction or HCC events. GROUP STUDY ROOM

The group study room may be reserved by HCC Students, Faculty, or Staff for groups of 2 - 4 people. For more information, visit our Group Study Room Page.

LIBRARY RESOURCES

LEARNING GLASS STUDIO

The Learning Glass is a new technology for recording lectures that allows instructors to write lecture notes while maintaining face-to-face contact with students. It’s a transparent whiteboard paired with a lecture capture system and is setup for automated recording through Eagle Online.
