Having Issues Logging Into a Database?

Right now, some of our databases are experiencing more errors than usual. These often display error messages like “Bad Request” or “400: Invalid State.” Here are steps that you can take to mitigate some of these errors:

  • Simply changing browsers can help. If you see an error in Chrome, try Firefox or Edge.
  • Try your browser's “incognito” or “private” mode.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try to access the resource again before filling out the form linked below. If you are unfamiliar with clearing your browser's cache and cookies, these instructions for your web browser may help: Chrome | Edge | Safari | Firefox
  •  If you see errors in a database from a particular vendor, try another of our larger databases from a different vendor. For example, if the EBSCO databases are showing errors, try our Gale or ProQuest resources.

If you are still experiencing issues, complete the Can't Login Form and we will respond as soon as we can.
