Do I Need A Library Card in Order to Use Library Resources?
No, you don't need a library card, but you do need an HCC Student ID Card.
You will find a library barcode number on the back of your student ID card. The number starts with "275...." The barcode number is scanned when you check out books or media from the libraries.
You also need to type the barcode number into the login screen when you renew books, place book requests, or log in to your library account for other reasons. Your HCC student "W#" and password is needed to login to use licensed library resources from off campus.
