Teamwork: Selected Teamwork Resources

This guide has been created as part of our institutional goal to evaluate and improve student performance in the core objectives, to serve as a resource for faculty members.

What Teamwork Means to HCC Faculty

"Teamwork brings out the best in every student. Students learn that everyone brings something to the table and that diverse talents can be leveraged into a single, successful team project. They also learn the importance of creativity, innovation, how to lean on each other, and the simple joy of having fun together. Tasks requiring teamwork tend to be an empowering experience.”
