Qualtrics Library Quizzes: PSLO Quizzes

Links for all 4 PSLO quizzes are available at library.hccs.edu/quizzes.

1. Log in to your Qualtrics account. hccs.qualtrics.com
2. On the homepage, find the HCC Library PSLOs dashboard and open it.
3. On the left side of the page, you will see Librarian Results and Librarian Results by Student. You should see Librarian: with your name near the top of the page.

• Librarian Results is your own personal dashboard. You will see the average score for the PSLO quizzes you administers. Also, the dashboard displays each PSLO question and the percentage of students who selected each answer.
• Librarian Results by Student display individual students' quiz answers and scores for quizzes that you personally administered.
• Either results page provides filters with which you can narrow your results for easier viewing.

1. Log in to your Qualtrics account and navigate to the HCC Library PLSOs dashboard.

2. Go to Librarian Results by Student.

3. Click on Export and select Download Dashboard.

4. Change the file type to CSV and click on Export. 

5. An Excel file will appear in your downloads. Open the Excel file to view results. (You will probably want to delete most of the columns in the Excel file and keep only those that have useful information.)
